The BONUSDOLLARS.ca site is offered exclusively to Desjardins credit card holders. Registering your Desjardins credit card on the site allows us to confirm that you are a duly authorized cardholder.
Please note that you must be the primary cardholder of the Desjardins credit card you register on the BONUSDOLLARS rewards program site.
You must have an eligible Desjardins credit card to make purchases on BONUSDOLLARS.ca.
How can I modify my order?
If you want to make changes to your order, please write to service@bonidollars.ca or contact the BONUSDOLLARS call center at 1 888 552-6643 , Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Saturday from 8:00 a.m. a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. We may be able to help you if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
You can cancel your order within six hours of your transaction. Simply go to My Account , click Order History, and cancel the appropriate order.

Gift cards acquired from the Bonidollars rewards catalog must be activated before using them for purchase. Once you have received your gift card, you must go online to Bonidollars.ca, and click “Activate a gift card” at the top of the page.
You simply need to fill in the fields with your postal code and the Order number. Your Order Number can be found either in your order confirmation email, or on bonidollars.ca, in the Order History section, under My Account.

After receiving and activating your gift card, you will be able to give these cards to your family and friends to use in the store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send gift cards to a civic address other than the address registered on your Desjardins credit card.
What should I do if my gift card is stolen or lost?
Once the gift card has been activated, the BONUSDOLLARS rewards program is no longer responsible for what happens to it and cannot help you if it is lost or stolen.
However, if it is lost during shipment, please write to service@bonidollars.ca or contact the BONUSDOLLARS call center at 1 888 552-6643 , Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Saturday from 8:00 a.m. a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
