How do I Activate Mint Mobile Using an eSIM?
Visit mintmobile.com/activate to activate your SIM card for use with Mint Mobile. Simply key in the 11-digit Activation Code printed on the top right corner of your SIM card’s reverse side. Just follow the on-screen prompts and everything will work out.
If you’re activating your eSIM through the Mint app, it will walk you through the installation. If you’re activating through the web, it’s pretty easy, and we walk you through the steps. Once you purchase your plan and select an ‘eSIM delivery’ then you can choose to either activate your plan right away, or activate later in two easy steps…
1. Activate your plan–
On the order confirmation page there will be a large orange button which says ‘Activate now’. Hit this if you wish to activate your plan immediately after purchase. If you want to wait, no problem. We will email you with the same link to activate at your leisure.
2. Install your eSIM–
Once your plan is activated, then you will need to install the eSIM onto the eligible phone you will be using Mint on. To do this, you will scan the QR code that appears on screen after you activate your plan. If you close the screen before scanning, again no problem. We’ll be following up with an email that will contain the QR code

Can I bring my current phone number over to Mint Mobile?
Here are a few things you will need from your old carrier:
1) Your current account number. This can be found on your billing statement, or just hit them up to get it.
2) The corresponding password, pass code or PIN code number.
3)The billing address associated with the account.

If you forget to transfer your number during this activation process, no worries. Just call Care team and they will help you transfer your number to Mint.
Note: Most transfers complete in a few hours, but if your information is submitted incorrectly, your phone number could take up to 48 hours to complete and landlines can take up to 5 business days. If you have any questions regarding your transfer, call customer support at 800-683-7392 or chat with us at mintmobile.com/chat.
Once the number has been successfully transferred, we will we send you a text and email confirmation. Aight? FYI, Mint does not charge a fee for transferring your number, but your less-cool, old school carrier might.
